The Tru and the Home2 are attached, we stayed in the home2 suites which aren’t much more than the Tru hotel rooms so I would suggest going with the suites as they have a full kitchenette. The lobby is shared and is an excellent lobby. Breakfast has two breakfast bars with many options. I highly recommend this place regardless of which side you stay on

The rooms are decent. No dressers. Love the shampoo, soap, and conditioner options. Room service every two days is fine, you can get towels sent up if needed. Breakfast options are decent. Short staffing caused a hiccup for Breakfast on one of our visits. Great location, and friendly staff.

I travel for work and this was my first time staying here. The first night someone was trying to get into my room. They didn’t stop until I said something. Then the next afternoon, someone, I’m assuming cleaning, just unlocked the door and started to walk right in. Didn’t bother knocking and checking first or anything. Also, there was a used plastic knife under my bed and crumbs on the floor. We use Hilton for work but I’ll make sure I mark this one off the list.

I had never stayed at a Tru by Hilton before, and probably won’t ever stay in one again. Not remotely impressed with this hotel. The rooms are the size of a shoebox. The staff while friendly, were not timely in their assistance. The elevators are extremely slow. No coffee or water in your room. I did not partake in the free breakfast, but it is within walking distance of a couple restaurants.

Fun horn will maintained breakfast Monday and Sunday was excellent. Today’s Tuesday and all they have are bagels and eggs. No meat, no pancakes, no waffles. It’s a different guy working it who seems not to speak English. So something is going on with that beyond that the hotel smells like smoke, there has to be a fire near by. Kind of rough.

Well let's on a positive note. There was a younger gentleman at the counter that was great. The room was nice except the shower. I arrived pretty late and went straight to the shower. I found several hairs on the walls and floor. Left a message with said gentleman at the desk. I staed I would be leaving around 9am that they could come clean after I left. Well 730am rolls around tap tap BAM BAM BAM cleaners to come clean the shower. Glad I had the privacy lock on. Told cleaner to return after 9am. I come back around 2pm to find a clean shower but now the smoke detector is chirping I let the desk know. He put in a ticket to have it repaired. I leave again and come back at 10:40. Guess what still chirping. I disconnected smoke detector and left it at the front desk with said nice gentleman. The hotel and rooms are nice but the service needs some work.

All you can expect from a Tru by Hilton. It's brand new, room is clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast is very simple but ok. Nothing fancy but is was an enjoyable stay. …

Alyssa was amazing checking us in and giving us directions by phone when Expedia gave us the wrong address. Not only did she get us there, she recommended many local restaurants that made our stay of several days amazing. Rooms were great, but SHE was amazing as she helped us every day. ❤️
